The college was founded in 1931. Until 2007, he trained only teaching staff. Service specialties, social work and information technology specialties are also being implemented.
At present, 1516 students are studying at 4 departments: school, social and pedagogical, service and correspondence departments.
913 students study on a full-time basis.
By correspondence on a budgetary basis - 300 people, on a commercial basis with full reimbursement of training costs - 303 people.
The overall performance of students is 100%, the percentage of the quality of training, depending on the specialty, is from 68% to 74.5%. In the last 3 years, there has been a positive dynamics in the quality of applicants, especially for pedagogical specialties. The average score of the applicant's certificate in 2016 was 4.4 points for pedagogical specialties and 4.0 points for service ones. We associate this both with the existing wages of the teaching staff of the region, and with the qualitative improvement of the educational and material base, the prestige of our college and convenient infrastructure: a hostel, a canteen, a student cafe, a sports base.
A stable situation is observed in the employment of graduates. Annually, on average, at least 80% of graduates are employed in their specialties. The highest percentage of employment is shown by graduates of pedagogical specialties: Preschool education - 84%, Teaching in primary grades - 89%. Graduates of service specialties are successfully employed in 5-star hotels in Gelendzhik and Anapa, which are social partners of the college.
More than 30% of graduates of pedagogical specialties are employed annually in educational institutions of the Leningrad region. According to the district education department, 82% of teachers working in the municipal education system are graduates of the Leningrad Social and Pedagogical College of different years. A large percentage of graduates are represented among the employees of the district education department, local government bodies, the youth affairs committee, social services and law enforcement district.
The department of additional education of the college implements programs of professional training, retraining and advanced training of teachers on the basis of a License to implement educational activities (Series 23Л01 No. 0002998 dated February 24, 2014)
Over the past 3 years, the college has implemented more than 100 courses in 30 different additional professional programs for managers and teachers of preschool, general and vocational education. We carry out professional retraining and advanced training courses for school leaders and teachers, as well as for managers, speech therapists, psychologists, music leaders, physical education instructors and preschool educational organizations.
Since 2012, more than 10,000 teachers have been trained, of which 2,937 in 2015. Feedback from employers testifies to the high level, relevant content and practical orientation of the courses held. The college attracts the best practicing teachers, winners of professional pedagogical competitions from kindergartens and schools of the region to conduct courses.
In 2016-2017, taking into account the recommendations of the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth Policy of the Krasnodar Territory and the wishes of potential students, the subjects of the courses were updated, which are focused on all categories of managers and teachers of educational organizations.
Modern educational technologies are widely used, including distance learning. So in the 2015-2016 academic year, 2348 people studied using distance technologies at the college. Of these, 140 are in the specialty SVO Preschool education, 2208 are in advanced training and retraining programs.
In 2014, on the basis of the college, the Resource Center for Pedagogical Education of the Kuban was opened. The implementation of the resource center program ensures the availability of high-quality professional pedagogical education, advanced training and retraining of engineering and pedagogical personnel of the region, as well as training of new generation specialists with general and professional competencies, mobile, capable of effectively solving the problems of professional activity, taking into account the modern requirements of employers.
For 2 years, the activity of the Resource Center made it possible to make a significant contribution to the modernization of both the college and the entire system of pedagogical education in the northern regions of the Kuban, guaranteed to meet the needs of employers, Russian and international quality standards.
Within the framework of the Resource Center on the basis of the college, specialized laboratories of preschool and primary general education function. Students of pedagogical specialties are trained in the practical use of modern equipment in their future professional activities, including interactive: play sets "Gifts of Frebel", Montessori, tactile games, SMART Table, LabDisk GLOMIR, naturally - scientific laboratories in Spectra "suitcases".
Since 2015, our college has been a member of the WorldSkills Russia movement in the competencies "Preschool education", "Teaching in elementary grades", and since 2016, representatives of the new competencies Restaurant service, Robotics and JuniorSkills have become active participants.
On the basis of the resource center for Pedagogical Education, a specialized center for the competence "Teaching in elementary grades" was created, operating on the basis of WorldSkills International (WSI) and WorldSkills Russia (WSR) standards, the main goal of which is to train participants in the WorldSkills movement in regional, national championships.
This center brings together participants and experts from 6 pedagogical colleges of the Krasnodar Territory and carries out methodological and project activities, implementing all WSR standards.
During the 2015-2016 academic year, students participating in the WorldSkills movement actively promote this area in the Krasnodar Territory, gaining regional and federal experience. For example, in November 2015, Khokhlova's students Tatyana and Saenko Ekaterina took part in the Moscow Masters open championship according to WorldSkills Russia standards in the Teaching in elementary grades and Preschool education competencies.
Continuing to master the experience of the WorldSkills Russia movement, in February 2016, college student Anastasia Efremova took part in the WSR Regional Championship "Young Professionals" of the Yaroslavl Region in the "Teaching in elementary school" competency, which was held on the basis of the Rybinsk Vocational Pedagogical College. And in the open Championship of the Moscow region WorldSkills Russia in the Moscow region in Kolomna, a student of the Sayenko college Ekaterina competed as an out-of-competition participant.
The result of work in this movement was the victories of college students in the regional WSR championship of the Krasnodar Territory in April 2017 and participation in the Final of the V National Championship "Young Professionals" WorldSkillsRussia in Krasnodar in May 2017.

The admission of foreign citizens to college is carried out at the expense of the budget of the Krasnodar Territory in accordance with international treaties of the Russian Federation, federal laws or the quota established by the Government of the Russian Federation for the education of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation, as well as under contracts for the provision of paid educational services. 4. Admission to college for training in educational programs is carried out on applications of persons with basic general or secondary general education, unless otherwise established by Federal Law of December 29, 2012 N 273-FZ "On Education in the Russian Federation" (hereinafter - Federal law). 5. Admission to study in educational programs at the expense of the budget of the Krasnodar Territory is publicly available. 6. The college carries out the transfer, processing and provision of personal data received in connection with the admission to the college in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data. 7. The college guarantees the observance of the right to education and enrollment from among those entering study programs with basic general or secondary general education, the most capable and prepared to master the educational program of the appropriate level and the corresponding orientation of persons. II. Organization of reception in educational organization 8. Organization of admission to study in educational programs is carried out by the college admissions committee (hereinafter referred to as the admissions committee). The director is the chairman of the selection committee. 9. The composition, powers and procedure for the operation of the selection committee are regulated by the regulations on it, approved by the director. 10. The work of the selection committee and office work, as well as personal reception of applicants and their parents (legal representatives) is organized by the executive secretary of the selection committee, who is appointed by the director. 4

Organization of informing applicants 13. College introduces applicant and (or) his parents (legal representatives) with a charter, with a license to carry out educational activities, with a certificate of state accreditation, with educational programs and other documents regulating the organization and implementation of educational activities, the rights and obligations of students. 15. In order to inform about admission to training, the college places information on the official website of the college in the information and telecommunication 5

The admission committee on the official website w w w.ipk31.ru and the information stand before the start of admission of documents places the following information: No later than March 1: rules for admission to college; conditions for admission to training under contracts for the provision of paid educational services; a list of specialties (professions) for which the college announces admission in accordance with a license to carry out educational activities (highlighting the forms of education (full-time, part-time); requirements for the level of education that is necessary for admission (basic general or secondary general education); information on the possibility of accepting applications and the necessary documents provided for by these Rules in electronic form; information on the need (no need) for applicants to undergo a mandatory preliminary medical examination (examination); if necessary, to undergo the specified examination - with an indication of the list of specialist doctors, a list of laboratory and functional studies, a list of general and additional medical contraindications No later than June 1: the total number of places for admission in each specialty, including for various forms of education; number of places financed from the budget of the Krasnodar Territory I in each specialty (profession), including in various forms of education; the number of places in each specialty under contracts for the provision of paid educational services, including for various forms of education; information on the availability of a hostel and the number of places in hostels allocated for nonresident applicants; a sample contract for the provision of paid educational services. 17. Acceptance of documents from applicants 18. Admission to the college for educational programs is carried out for the first year at the personal application of citizens. Acceptance of documents for full-time and part-time forms of education begins on June 01, 2016. Acceptance of applications to college for full-time and part-time forms of education is carried out until August 15, 2016, and if there are free places, the acceptance of documents is extended until November 25, 2016. 19. The surname, first name and patronymic (the last one - if any) of the applicant, indicated in the translations of the submitted documents, must correspond to the last name, first name and patronymic (the last one - if any) indicated in the document proving the identity of a foreign citizen in the Russian Federation. 20. In the application, applicants must indicate the following mandatory information: surname, name and patronymic (the latter - if available); Date of Birth; details of the document proving his identity, when and by whom it was issued; about the previous level of education and the document on education and (or) the document on education and qualifications, confirming it; specialty, for training in which he plans to enter an educational organization, indicating the conditions of training and the form of obtaining education (within the framework of admission control figures, places under contracts for the provision of paid educational services); the need to provide a hostel. The statement also records the fact of familiarization (including through information Systems general use) with copies of the license to carry out educational activities, a certificate of state accreditation of educational activities for educational programs and annexes thereto, or the absence of a copy of this certificate. The fact of acquaintance is certified by the applicant's personal signature. The applicant's signature is also certified as follows: receiving secondary vocational education for the first time; familiarization (including through public information systems) with the date of submission of the original document on education and (or) document on education and qualifications. 8

Upon admission to training in specialties (Preschool education, Teaching in primary grades, Organization of services in public catering), included in the list of specialties, upon admission to training for which applicants undergo compulsory preliminary medical examinations (examinations) in the manner established at the conclusion employment contract or service contract for the relevant position or specialty, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation of August 14, 2013 N 697, applicants undergo compulsory preliminary medical examinations (examinations) in the manner prescribed when concluding an employment contract or service contract for the relevant position, profession or specialty. 22. Applicants have the right to send an application for admission, as well as required documents through public postal operators (hereinafter - by mail), as well as in electronic form in accordance with the Federal Law of April 6, 2011 N 63-F3 "On Electronic Signature", Federal Law of July 27, 2006 N 149- Federal Law "On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection", Federal Law of July 7, 2003 N 126-FZ "On Communications". When sending documents by mail, the applicant attaches to the application for admission photocopies of documents proving his identity and citizenship, an education document and (or) a document on education and qualifications, as well as other documents provided for by these Rules. Documents sent by mail are accepted upon their admission to the college no later than the deadlines established by paragraph 18 of these Rules. Upon personal presentation of the original documents, applicants are allowed to certify their photocopy by the secretary of the college. 23. The College does not allow the collection of fees from applicants when submitting the documents specified in paragraph 19 of these Rules. 24. A personal file is created for each applicant, in which all submitted documents are kept. 25. An applicant with a personal presentation of documents is issued a receipt for the acceptance of documents. 26. Upon written application, applicants have the right to pick up the original document of education and (or) document of education and qualifications and 9

10 p. 10 out of 11 other documents submitted by the applicant. The documents are returned by the selection committee within the next working day after the application is submitted. VIII. College enrollment 27. The applicant submits the original document of education and (or) document of education and qualifications from August 16 to 20, 2016 August 2016, the director of the college issues an order on the enrollment of persons recommended by the admission committee for admission and submitted original documents on education and (or) documents on education and qualifications. The appendix to the order of enrollment is a surname list of these persons. The order with the application is posted on the next working day after publication (August 26, 2016) at the information stand of the admissions committee and on the official website of the college. 29. If the number of applicants exceeds the number of places, the financial support of which is carried out at the expense of budgetary allocations from the budget of the Krasnodar Territory, the college accepts for training in educational programs of secondary vocational education based on the results of the development of applicants in the educational program of basic general or secondary general education specified in submitted by incoming documents on education and (or) documents on education and qualifications. In case of equality of the average score of general education programs, the average score of specialized subjects is taken into account (algebra for the base of 9 grades, algebra and the beginning of analysis for the base of 11 grades, Russian for the base of 9 and 11 grades). If the average score in specialized subjects is equal, the presence of documents confirming the special achievements of the applicant in these subjects is taken into account (diploma, certificate of merit, diploma of a participant or winner of the Olympiad). 30.
