Outbreak battle for Azeroth. World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth Add-On Review - The Alliance-Horde War has flared up with renewed vigor! What lore prepares for us

» WoW will never be the same - here's why.

Burning the World Tree "weakly" is the norm

The game map was completely redone. Sylvanas Windrunner, the new warchief of the Horde, burns one of the four night elf World Trees, Teldrassil. What for? I decided to prove that she is not weak. As a result, centuries of history and thousands of innocent civilians are burned alive, and those who survived are deprived of their homes.

The continent of Kalimdor is finally occupied by the troops of the Horde.

Anduin Wrynn - Assassin

The young King Wrynn, who once fought for peace, was friends with the tauren and until the last tried to reason with the half-mad orc Garrosh, leads a crusade of the Alliance Avengers to the capital of the undead - Undercity. Not without losses, but the city is still taken, however, Sylvanas beats everyone here: residents are evacuated, and the settlement itself is flooded with a seething plague. Because they can, and honor is for the weaklings of the Alliance. As a result, the owners of the blue flag, shackled by moral principles, remain the Horde neighbor, but no longer in Lordaeron.

On this side of the Great Sea, there are now only isolated blood elves.

Wartime laws

The essence of the supplement is war, and not with a common enemy, with which both factions recently fought side by side, namely with each other. This war will change everyone. Neither the Horde, nor the Alliance, nor Sylvanas, nor the young Anduin will be the same.

In the first, large-scale fermentation began on the topic that the faction was no longer the same (as if everything that happened after Thrall always suited everyone). The second does not like to be a punching bag, on which the third, the Banshee Queen, trains her treachery and cunning. Well, the fourth just changed too much and dramatically. Although Anduin is the easiest to understand: his country is being torn to pieces, and his father was brutally drowned in filth through the fault of Sylvanas.

The rest were clearly the victims of marketers who decided to devote a new addition to the war. Obviously, the writers had to hastily fit the current story into the reality of the new add-on. That is why the add-on has serious problems with the motivation of the heroes and the setting.

Well, what did you want? The main villain of the universe flew to the Twisting Nether, but the promise to release add-ons every two years is still in force.

Admiral Proudmoore was right

Admiral Proudmoore is no longer a villain. He is the hero that Kul Tiras thinks he is. He said from the beginning that the Horde cannot be trusted and cannot be negotiated. And so it happened.

Jaina, his daughter, regrets and regrets what happened most of all. As a result, the Daughter of the Sea, distraught after the loss of Theramore, looks one of the coolest, most motivated and interesting characters additions. And her song is gorgeous. Listen, if you haven't already.

#SorryNasAdmiral

Two mighty sea empires appeared in the game

Kul Tiras is an old maritime state and the birthplace of Jaina. The location looks incredibly atmospheric and cool. Things are, however, bad here. Corruption reigns all around, and crowds of internal enemies like witches and rebel clans are tearing the islands apart. Which, however, plays into the hands of the Alliance, which, having solved these problems, will again persuade the old allies to join the faction. The terrain is very good visually, the quests are interesting, and between them we are regularly offered to watch colorful videos.

Long live Zandalar!

The Zandalar are the very trolls that everyone has fought with for many years. Now, however, they have problems at home, and the Horde that has come to the rescue will help solve them. Naturally, not just like that. Such power is capable of significantly strengthening an already powerful combat vehicle.

The locations do not look as stylish and original as Kul Tiras, but the bloody swamps and the giant golden city also have something to see. In addition, thousands of small islands are scattered in the Great Sea, the resources of which heroes can capture, competing with the updated AI in new events - island expeditions.

More quests to the god of quests

What? There were a lot of them in "" and so? But no! Because now quests are everywhere.

A gigantic amount of quests await us both in Kul Tiras and Zandalar. And when you finish pumping, you will need to finish something else to pump your reputation. Oh yes, after that you need to go and do world tasks on both new continents - in order to receive rewards and open access to dungeons. And the professions require the completion of a number of tasks.

In general, now there are enough quests for everyone. And there will still be change.

All your past achievements are of no interest to anyone here.

The artifact you've been pumping for so long has become a useless piece of wood or metal. All legendary items will turn off after level 115. And titles like "High Lord" and "Lord of Death" are no longer impressive. You will be referred to as a "wanderer from the mainland" or "a stranger."

The newly founded class order will also be a thing of the past. You will live in a tavern, and you will issue new tasks to your comrades-in-arms (they have migrated here) on a ship moored nearby. There is no place for great heroes.

Now go and collect some seashells on the beach!

Prepare to suffer

Already in the second half of leveling each monster, you will be picking for a long time. And after it ends, the characteristics will be so ridiculous that you have to sweat a lot if you accidentally hook a pack of three enemies. World quests at level 120 are pretty comical.

Even with PvP on, the Horde and Alliance often help each other with monsters. Because they share each other's pain from meeting the harsh reality "", where every extra NPC can send you to the cemetery.

Add to this the non-working artifact talents and the unpowered Heart of Azeroth (a new artifact necklace that gives special bonuses to certain elements of armor), and you get a new reality where you have to group up with other players. Just like the good old days.

Coolest add-on character - Troll

The most interesting character of the expansion went to the Zandalari. Well, that is, how he got it: to be precise, he got the Zandalari. It is, of course, about the Loa of Death or Bwonsamdi. This is a troll deity in charge of life after death and is very fond of concluding seductive contracts with mortals. The latter give them unprecedented strength, but the price for this is great.

Bwonsamdi is incredibly cool. He skillfully chooses moments and binds the heroes with heavy obligations. He also looks cool and sounds very cool. First of all, thanks to great game actor. At least in the English version. If the heroes by chance end up in the cemetery, then he waits for them here too, releasing malicious comments. Honestly, for us, the Loa of Death turned out to be the main reason for completing the Horde quests, which do not take place in such memorable locations as the Alliance.

And now what to do with it?

« Battle for Azeroth"Did not leave the same factions, heroes, gameplay, or, in fact, players who are discussing what is happening on the Internet in every way. At the very least, the event turned out to be very bright. Time will tell what will happen next, because the start of the addon is just the beginning, and ahead of us are Queen Azshara, a dangerous neighborhood with Bwonsamdi and several more stages of this war, which may end this way or that, or may not end at all.

Who knows what other surprises she has prepared for us Blizzard?

Is the seventh expansion pack for World of Warcraft. To understand when WOW Battle for Azeroth will be released, we analyze the development time of past add-ons, the duration of the arena seasons, the connection with the release of art books on the Second World War, and other factors.

Note: The exact release date for the Battle for Azeroth expansion is known only to Blizzard, but we can only speculate based on indirect factors. However, such assumptions often allow us to predict the release date of the new WOW patch.

So when can we expect Batte for Azeroth to be released?

Updated: the developers said that the add-on will be released "September 21, 2018 or earlier." The exact date is not known, but you can check out the reflections below.

Linking books to add-ons

Due to the postponement of the release date of the book Before the Storm to June 12, 2018, players started thinking about when, in this case, the expansion to WOW "Battle for Azeroth" will be released.

Historically, there is a book before an expansion is released, but the gap between publication and release can vary greatly.

Compare:

  • Cataclysm - 49 days between expansion and publication of The Shattering.
  • Mists of Pandaria - 32 days between the expansion release and the Tides of War novel.
  • Draenor - 191 days between the release of "War Crimes" and the launch of the expansion.
  • Legion - 140 days between publication of Illidan and expansion release.

As you can see, a lot of time passed between the release of the books and the launch of Draenor and the Legion, while Cataclysm and the Mists of Pandaria were released literally 1-1.5 months after the publication of the corresponding books.

One thing is certain - books are always published before the official launch of the add-on.

Thus, we can conclude that we will not see any pre-patches until at least mid-June 2018.

Legion patch schedule

There is a theory that patches in the Legion are released every 77 days.

In principle, this was the case before patch 7.3 and Antorus. Information about Antorus first appeared in the game files long before the notorious 77 days, and the update itself comes out 91 days after the previous patch.

There is already information about patch 7.3.5 - let's say it comes out 77 days after Antorus, February 13, 2018. Add 77 more days to this date, and we get May 1, 2018 - too early for a new expansion.

If you remember that the release time of patches in the Legion has changed slightly, then the calculations should be slightly revised - let the release of update 7.3.5 be on February 27, 2018 (91 days), and the next patch May 29, 2018 - this date is already quite suitable as a pre-patch before the release of a large-scale expansion.

Duration between Legion patches (days)

Arena Seasons in Legion

Another way to predict the release date of Battle for Azeroth (albeit rather crude) is through the Legion Arena seasons.

Season 6 began on November 28, 2017, and season 8 on this moment no information available. The beginning of a new season is not tied to the release of patches, nor does it follow the 77-day rule. Typically, each season lasts 77 to 105 days.

If we assume that the next 2 seasons of the arena will last 80-100 days, then the end of season 7 will be sometime in June, which is quite coincides with theoretical pre-patch release Battle for Azeroth.

Length of WOW Legion arena seasons

Add-on development

Statistics show that from the moment of the announcement of the new WOW add-on to its release, a year or more passes - from 340 to 470 days.

However, the Legion has made some changes to the development process:

  • The Mists of Pandaria had 4 global patches and several smaller ones under 5.4.
  • Draenor had 2 major patches and several minor ones after 6.2.
  • In the Legion, at the moment, 3 global patches have been released, but the changes being made are clearly divided into categories (unlocking raids, continuing the storyline, class changes, etc.).

Conclusions on the release date

If we take into account the old methods of determining the release date of the expansion, then we can confidently say that the Battle for Azeroth will have to wait for at least another year. However, given the acceleration of the release of updates in the Legion, it can be assumed that new information on the Battle will appear already in the third quarter of 2018 (July-September).

In patch 7.3.5, most likely, the Legion storyline will come to a logical end - blocked raid content, time travel (Ulduar), etc. will open.

Also in 7.3.5 should start new storyso that events on Argus smoothly flow into the Battle for Azeroth storyline.

Blizzard has overhauled the release of patches - before they always brought new locations, class changes, raids, etc., and now, starting with the Legion, patches only open up known but blocked opportunities.

This way of releasing updates allows the company to update game content more often and reserve more time to work on the final elements of the expansion (raids, storylines).

Battle for Azeroth debuts today, August 14, the latest expansion to World of Warcraft, and continues to be the most popular subscription MMO product.

The new addition is partly a return to the roots of the cycle, at least thematically. At the center of the story is the conflict between the Alliance and the Horde, which was most often used in strategy Warcraft .

As a standard, we get, of course, a higher maximum level for achievement, many tasks, some impressive scenes, changes in the balance of skills, as well as various group tasks.

Each chapter of World of Warcraft also presents more interesting and interesting news. Here are the most interesting ones.

Two new lands

Blizzard is already accustomed to the fact that each supplement introduces a new continent. So it came as a surprise that the Battle of Azeroth would offer two new lands - one for each faction.

Alliance members will begin their adventure on three islands Kul Tiras - once the pride of the naval forces. Panstiuko must now rejoin the war against the Horde.

There are three large areas scouts awaiting players, as well as the city of Boralus. Visually, Kul Tiras resembles northern European landscapes, but there is no monotony of the visual experience. The artists took care of different looks.

Horde representatives travel to an exotic island in preparation for the final confrontation with their enemies Zandalar or the cradle of the Trolls. Independent residents seek allies to repel the Alliance and bring order to a land where chaos continues from the cataclysmic events of the cataclysm, when the state was literally separated from Kalimdor.

Zandalar is a completely different landscape than Kul Tiras. We will visit jungle-like forests, we will see creatures inspired by dinosaurs. One of the main themes will be the fight against the dangerous worship of blood trolls.

Sample images from Zandalar:

expeditions

Blizzard regularly tries to bring new activities to WoW to give players more varied activities. Battle for Azeroth introduces unique scenarios for groups of three.

Expeditions, on which you can leave the capital of each of the two lands, will allow you to visit one of several small islands. When we come ashore our goal will be collect Azerite - a resource that we will strengthen our equipment, for example, the reinforcement of the Artifact in the previous application.

Azerids are found in the form of minerals, but we can also find them in chests and take them from the bodies of defeated monsters. All actions taken on the island during the Expedition will reward us with this valuable resource. However, there is one catch - the material will also be collected by representatives of the enemy faction.

Shrines offering reinforcements, as well as special items available for purchase only on the ship and on the territory of a particular island, will help in the struggle and competition. It's also worth noting that Expeditions come in different versions, divided by difficulty level - normal, heroic, mythic and PvP. In the latter case, we will be fighting other players.

The creators have taken care of the appropriate rewards, so by participating in this activity, we have a chance to get interesting items. There are still unknown ways to obtain different monsters , but Expeditions will allow you, among other things, to get a green parrot or skeleton, an excellent monkey.

Front Wars in Battle for Azeroth

Another novelty in Battle for Azeroth is an interesting experiment. Military fronts allow, together with 19 allies, to participate in large-scale skirmishes that affect the general conflict between the Horde and the Alliance. Interestingly, this is not a PvP mode - we are fighting against advanced artificial intelligence.

Warcraft 3 was the inspiration for Warfront 3. Our hero is the commander of one group of units. We navigate a large map, create bridgeheads and protect sources of raw materials or establish paths for resources and add-ons. We are also training subsequent units to fight on the main front line.

Warfronts are also two classic grappling armor

The ultimate goal is to capture the fortress of the enemy faction. Before us are the main opponents, representing different classes, as well as more difficult bosses, requiring more coordination of the participants in the battle.

When one faction wins a battle, it takes control of the region. The other side of the conflict must gather special resources to challenge and try to deflect the target. The reward for the controlling faction is, among other things, presence world boss in a certain place. Other bonuses were also prepared, for example, the opportunity to get a special mountain - and how!

Mixed races

In the mists of Pandaria we haven't seen any new characters in World of Warcraft, so Blizzard came up with an interesting idea, introducing additional races which are not really ... new.

Allied races are different factions or varieties of existing races. These include, for example, the Dark Iron Dwarf clan, the Tauren Mountain Region from the High Mountain Region, or the Dark Nether Elves.

Access to some races requires the completion of specific streams and a number of tasks related, for example, to the military campaign, which will begin soon. Zandalari Trolls and Humans from Kul Tiran will only be available after August 14th.

Battle.net Voice Chat

Battle for Azeroth Could Change That As Developers Implement latest version Battle.net voice chat systems, the same tool we already used in Overwatch.

Thus, we get more usability, additional options for mute different channels and, above all, better sound quality. We can also talk to friends who are playing a different Blizzard game. This is a great option for those who don't use Discord regularly or aren't satisfied with Skype.

No more PvP servers

Another big change is the elimination of the traditional division of servers into PvE (player versus environment) and PvP (player versus player) that has existed in the game for many years. Previously, when playing on a server of the second type, we had to reckon with the fact that in certain zones we could become a victim of a player from the enemy faction.

Now the system is changing. PvP mode - in practice, agrees to participate in competitions between users - we activate one button. In this way, we also include our PvP talents, updated in the new app, and we will reach a world in which we find other players who prefer the same playstyle.

This solution is a response from the creators to requests from some users who felt constrained on a server with fixed rules. Also, it's worth noting that activating War Mode will provide a small bonus to accumulated experience points, which is definitely worth considering when aiming for level 120 in Battle of Azeroth.

It should also be emphasized that the military regime literally transforms all zones into areas where we can fight the opponents of the other faction - there are no exceptions. In addition, in the zones of the new addition, the most dangerous players will be marked on the map for rivals, and rewards will be allocated to eliminate them. All of this corresponds to the spirit of the conflict between the Horde and the Covenant, like a glove.

Return of Jaina

Jaina Proudmoore - the most famous sorceress in the Warcraft universe - was virtually absent from the previous feature expansion. Even in Warlords of Draenor, we didn't see her very often. Behind this position is the destruction of the city she founded on Theramore Island - Garrosh Hellscream did this terrible thing.

Proudmoore is no longer looking for compromises or even considering giving a hand to any member of the Horde. Given the similar attitude of the enemy leader, we can expect quite significant events in the Battle of Azeroth. Since such outstanding heroines want to end the other side of the conflict at all costs, this will happen.

Jaina is also just an interesting character - and there are probably feelings here. After all, we have known this for a long time, also from strategy games many years ago. While an MMO game will never offer a narrative worthy of a real single-player experience, Blizzard can present interesting events in a very effective way.

So, another addon for World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth has been announced. Large-scale, global, cool addon!

An impressive introductory video tells us how much the Horde and Alliance hate each other, who some time ago helped each other to defeat Sargeras and push the demons of the Burning Legion back to the underworld during the campaign on Argus.

The developers promise an incredible intensity of passions and - of course - we cannot do without furious plot twists: betrayals, cunning and tricky plans, sudden changes in the balance of power, etc. All this will be served under a good plot sauce on the islands of Zandalar and Kul Tiras. The presence of the Old Gods and the return of Azshara are possible!

How to get to the free WoW: Battle for Azeroth server?
There is only one official free server - the addon test server. You can get there for free if you received (or bought) an invite for beta testing. It should be noted that the beta test cannot be called a full-fledged game: you will encounter many bugs, repeated reset of character progress, alteration or flaws in quests, etc. But you can fully enjoy the process of creating and balancing your favorite game. You will be the first to see those ideas that later developers will implement in real conditions. And, of course, you shouldn't forget about spoilers: there are enough of them, as well as problems with connection and disconnection, balance and even just downloading files.

WoW: Battle for Azeroth Free Server List

Unfortunately, the list of free World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth servers is still empty. If you are a server administrator and want to add your server to this list, please contact me!

Generally speaking, WoW free servers allow you to play the current version of MMORPGs for free. Alas, they usually have one common drawback: because of friction, admins introduce donation to keep their shards working. They sell things for money, boosts, gains and all sorts of things and nishtyaki. Sometimes this does not affect the gameplay, but sometimes without donation, an ordinary player cannot even get close to the strength of other characters.

In less than 2 weeks, a full-scale war between the Horde and the Alliance will unfold again in the world of World of Warcraft, and on this occasion, we decided to tell you about 10 reasons why you should play Battle for Azeroth. And no silly clauses like “new locations” or “new storyline”.

1. Now is the perfect time to start playing WoW

During the release of Legion, we said that there was no better time to start playing World of Warcraft, but now this information is outdated: Battle for Azeroth is even more suitable for newbies than the previous addon. Moreover, this is true, even if we consider only the purely objective side of the issue - the financial one.

The fact is that just a few weeks ago World of Warcraft became more accessible than ever - now, to play this MMO, you do not need to buy the base game and all the add-ons, just pay for a subscription, and you can go explore Azeroth.

True, this rule does not apply to content that will appear in the game along with Battle for Azeroth - you still have to purchase the upcoming add-on separately, but it is still cheaper than the entrance to WoW cost until recently. In addition, for the purchase of Battle for Azeroth, you will get the opportunity to instantly raise the level of one of your characters to 110, in case you decide to skip the old content.

2. Back to basics: the war between the Alliance and the Horde

Over the nearly 15-year history of World of Warcraft, the plot of this game revolved around a variety of events: the craziness of the aspect of the black dragons of Neltharion, the spread of the influence of the Ancient God Yogg-Saron, the attack on Azeroth by the titan Sargeras and many others. But if you are not a fan of the World of Warcraft universe, then most likely all these names hardly tell you anything.

But in Battle for Azeroth, the game returns to the origins of the Warcraft universe - to the war between the Horde and the Alliance, which all fans of the RTS series of the same name are well aware of. Unlike many other incredible conflicts in WoW, the confrontation between the orcs and humans (as well as all their allies) is intuitive, and you can understand the origins of this hostility in 2 hours - just watch the movie "Wakraft".

3. A new era in the history of World of Warcraft

Battle for Azeroth can also be recommended to those who have never liked, or had time to get bored with the old motives of the Warcraft universe. Despite the fact that part of the expansion will focus on the war between the Alliance and the Horde, there is little doubt that towards the end of the addon, both sides will face an external enemy.

And, for the first time in the history of World of Warcraft, this enemy will almost certainly be completely new, because all the main villains of Warcraft have already been used by Blizzard: the stories of Illidan, the Lich King, Deathwing and almost all of the Dark Gods have already been told and are in the past. The time has come for new heroes and new villains, and now everything is limited only by the imagination of the Blizzard writers.

4. In the center of the plot of the addon - some of the most interesting heroes of Warcraft

The number of important characters in the World of Warcraft universe is not even counted in dozens, but in hundreds, but not all of them have interesting characters and depth. Fortunately, this time, surprisingly ambiguous and interesting characters appeared in the central characters of the additions.

Of course, the lusciously kind Anduin Wrynn will certainly play an important role, but at the very center of the narrative in Battle for Azeroth there should be three conflicting heroines: Queen Azshara, who once summoned demons to Azeroth, the former pacifist Jaina Proudmoore, and the already ruthless Veterinary Silly become the most controversial leader of the Horde.

During the announcement of Battle for Azeroth, Blizzard warned that in this expansion the main characters will find themselves in a zone of gray morality more than once, and so far it seems that this is really so - perhaps for the first time in the history of World of Warcraft, an intriguing plot awaits us. in which it will be difficult to unequivocally name the right and the wrong.

5. Expeditions to the islands

Fortunately, Battle for Azeroth differs from previous World of Warcraft expansions not only in potential plot innovations, but also in gameplay innovations. And expeditions to the islands are one of the most interesting of them.

In Battle for Azeroth, the PvPvE mode "Expeditions to the Islands" will appear in the game, in which you will need to clear procedurally generated islands from elite monsters, collecting the valuable resource Azerite. In parallel with you, a team from the enemy faction will do the same.

You are on the same island and compete for resources, and therefore you can interact with enemies - avoid them, or, conversely, purposefully hunt down and try to destroy in order to take away the accumulated resources. With its choice of tactics and procedural island generation, this mode offers nearly endless replayability and is sure to be loved by fans of quirky PvP battles.

6. Updated and improved World PvP

Speaking of new gameplay "features" and PvP, one cannot but mention the recently added "war mode" to the game, which should return to world game PvP. Now it doesn't matter whether you are on a PvP or PvE server: thanks to the war mode, you can at any time join the grand war between the Horde and the Alliance, which is taking place in all locations.

If you turn on the war mode, then you automatically find yourself in the same world with other players who also want to fight - that is, you will instantly find yourself on the same server with the same World PvP fans, like you, who are ready to fight day and night. And if the constant battles with the players of the enemy faction tire you, then you can turn off the war mode at any time and return to a quiet farming.

7. Allied Races

Unlike new locations for leveling, dungeons and story quest chains, new classes or races do not appear in every World of Warcraft expansion, and fans of the game always perceive their appearance as a separate small celebration.

And this time the holiday turns out to be especially big: new classes in Battle for Azeroth will not be "delivered", but there will be new races, and 4 at once - two for each faction. Alliance members will be able to play as the Dark Iron Dwarves and the Islanders of Qel Tiras, while Horde members will be able to take on the role of the Mag'har Orcs and the mighty Zandalari Trolls.

8. Warcraft IV ... oh, that is the battle for Stromgarde

At BlizzCon 2017, the developers revealed that Battle for Azeroth will have a unique mode that combines RPG and strategy elements. Frontline battles turned out to be such a mode, in which you have to not only habitually control your hero, but also collect resources, build and improve buildings, and also hire squads.

The first front-line battle was “Battle for Stromgarde”, in which the Alliance and the Horde are fighting for a fortress on the Arathi Highlands, and to win the battle, both sides will need not only heroes, but also an army - and each member of your team will have to strengthen and expand this army ...

Control over Stromgarde is transferred from one faction to another every few days, and the party controlling the location receives special bonuses. Of course, this mode cannot be called truly strategic, but, most likely, we will not get anything more similar to Warcraft 4 from Blizzard in the coming years.

9. Compression of characteristics and all numeric indicators

With each expansion, the heroes in World of Warcraft are getting stronger: with new levels, sets of weapons and armor, their main characteristics, the amount of health and damage done, grow. To match the increased strength of the heroes, all the mobs are becoming more and more "fat".

Almost no one paid close attention to this fact, but when in the Legion expansion, after each hit, players began to display seven-digit numbers, and the amount of health of raid bosses began to be measured in almost billions, Blizzard realized that this was too much.

It may seem to you that this is a trifle, but believe me - it is not. At some point, the seven-digit numbers that pop up after the defeat of the enemy with the ability cease to be useful informationturning into visual trash. Fortunately, in the Battle for Azeroth pre-patch, the developers solved this problem by squeezing all the numbers in the game.

10. Battle for Azeroth - Improved Legion

World of Warcraft is constantly changing and transforming - every year this game becomes less and less like the one that was released back in 2004. And while ardent fans of "vanilla" World of Warcraft insist that WoW only gets worse over time, it is obvious to most gamers that Blizzard is constantly trying to improve the game, developing successful ideas and discarding unsuccessful ones.

And Battle for Azeroth is the best confirmation of this - this add-on, which develops all the best practices of the Legion add-on, adding several new gameplay "features" on top. In BfA, well-proven alternating World Bosses, mythical dungeons, world quests, a system of companions, etc. are waiting for us again. And as a bonus to them - everything that is listed above.

So at the moment, Battle for Azeroth is simply best version World of Warcraft, which inherited almost all the best from previous versions. True, many of the problems inherent in WoW in BfA have not disappeared either.
