  • Turkey pulp – 400 g;
  • Bacon - 4 slices;

  • Wheat flour bread – 100 g;

2. Add yeast, sugar, salt and butter. As soon as the yeast begins to bubble and the butter melts, remove the pan from the stove.


3. Gradually add flour and knead the dough. Cover the dough with a damp towel and let it rest for 40-60 minutes.


4. At this time, prepare the cutlet. We will use chicken thigh fillet.


5. Beat the poultry meat, salt and pepper on both sides, beat and fry in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil.
